How deletion requests work
Email datadelete@podsync.co.za so each request can be reviewed, verified, and completed safely.
Step 1
Send your request
Use the contact page to request account data deletion and include the email address tied to your account so the team can locate the correct records.
Step 2
Complete verification
Before deletion starts, the team will verify that the request came from an authorized account contact. This protects customer data from unauthorized removal.
Step 3
Deletion is processed
After verification, the request moves through the deletion workflow and the team confirms once the removal steps have been completed.
Important note
Once the deletion workflow is completed, recovery may not be possible. Export any records you need before you submit the request.
